The AM will be responsible for managing accounts of existent clients as well as generating some new business. Ths role will involve frequent travel.
Responsibilities to include:
Develop in depth knowledge of customers business, localization strategy and goals
Identify all key decision makers, contributors and influencers
Maintain contact, opportunity and account details in company CRM System
Develop business in existing accounts
Gather market intelligence on company and customer competitors
Identify, qualify and develop new business accounts
Establish and reinforce relationships with existing customers
Build confidence and trust on behalf of company
Develop and actively manage account plans
Pro-actively support customers in services planning development
Act as point of escalation for all customer issues
Maintain regular phone, email and face to face contact with all customers
Work closely with operations to ensure client needs are being met on an ongoing basis
Meet revenue targets
Meet gross margin targets
Achieve related development goals and agreed objectives
Continuously improve knowledge of company services, localization industry and customer industries
Write proposals, develop quotations, respond to tender, RFI and RFP's
Review offers with clients and follow-up commercial aspects of orders
Review business plan and complete projects on a quarterly basis
Prepare reporting to the GM US & APAC
Organize and participate in marketing events
Participate in and support the company business strategy and strategy development
University degree or equivalent by experience
At least 3 year experience in sales
Excellent communicator who can build easily good relationships at management and opertional level
Good knowledge of the ICT market is an asset
Able to manage a portfolio in a long-term perspective
Fluent in English, other languages are good assets
Ability to work effectively in an international environment
Excellent work ethics, work habits and ability to maintain confidential and proprietary information
Knowledge of key people at vendor management level is an advantage
